Following the release of TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, it was identified that the qualification and / or competencies were not fit for purpose for the majority of workplace trainers and assessors in the resources sector. After extensive research and negotiations, RTC has licenced the accredited Course in Field-based Training and Assessment (10235NAT) from Training Services Australia. This Course provides workplace trainers and assessors with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively in these roles.
